Day 5 — Cross-check previous action points. For every action raised at the last visit, confirm there's evidence it was closed, not just remembered as closed.
Day 6 — Brief the team. Make sure assessors and IQAs involved know what's being sampled and can speak to their own records if asked directly — an EQA will sometimes talk to the assessor, not just review the paperwork.
